FateCareer is an AI-powered career guidance platform that provides:
- Quick Snapshot: Free personality-based career preview
- Full 3-Lens Blueprint: Comprehensive career analysis combining Personality (Big Five), Western Astrology, and Chinese BaZi
- Pro Coach: Unlimited AI career coaching and report iterations

FateCareer reports and AI Coach advice are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. They are:
- NOT professional career counseling
- NOT psychological assessments
- NOT financial or investment advice
- NOT guarantees of career success

Accuracy of Astrological & BaZi Analysis
The astrological and BaZi components of our reports are based on traditional interpretive systems. While we strive for accuracy in calculations, these analyses should be viewed as one perspective among many, not as scientific predictions.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate birth information for report generation
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
Purchases & Refund Policy
Digital Products - All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final once your report has been generated.
Refund Requests and Response Time
If you contact us about a billing issue or refund, we aim to respond within 3 business days. If we do not respond within this timeframe, our payment provider may issue a refund to ensure customer satisfaction.
Full 3-Lens Blueprint ($19.90)
If you have purchased the Full Blueprint but have not yet generated your report, please contact support@fatecareer.app within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
Pro Coach Subscription ($39.90/mo)
- Monthly subscription billed automatically
- Cancel anytime from your account settings — no cancellation fee
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time

Intellectual Property
- All reports, content, and AI-generated advice are owned by FateCareer
- You may use your personal reports for private, non-commercial purposes
- Redistribution or resale of our content is prohibited
Limitation of Liability
FateCareer and its creators shall not be liable for:
- Career decisions made based on our reports
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
- Loss of income or opportunities
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
